摘  要:为提高客运枢纽场站服务水平,归纳总结出租车蓄车场上客区服务台布局类型,引入排队论方法,构建了考虑旅客体验(旅客排队长度、时间、最大走行距离)及组织方管理难易程度(上客区面积)的多阶段多目标整数优化模型。以南京南站为例的数值仿真结果表明:多目标优化模型能够使综合指标优化42%。此外,相较单一布局下的优化,综合考虑多种布局的方案优化效果更加显著。In order to improve the service level of the transportation hub for passengers,the different layout types of the service counters in the pick-up zones were summarized.Drawing upon the queuing theory,a multi-period and multi-objective integrated programming model(MPOIPM)was constructed.The passengers'experience(i.e.,the average queuing length and time and the maximum traveling distance)and management difficulty were taken as significant indicators,a case study was conducted on the Taking Nanjing South Railway Station.The results show that the proposed optimization model(MPOIPM)can optimize the composite indicator by 42%.Moreover,compared with the optimization under a single layout,the optimization effect turns out to be more significant when considering multiple configurations.
