《柳宝诒医案》女科临证特色探析

摘　　要：柳宝诒在深入研究伏气温病的基础上提出了女科疾病多为热邪内蕴、伏而发病,瘀热内蕴、营阴受损为主要病因。其辨证时重视女科疾病易损营伤阴的特点,治疗用疏瘀化热、养营托邪之法,巧用经方灵活化裁,擅长以药制药,尤擅用生地黄顾护阴津。Based on the in-depth study on the warm diseases caused by the hidden qi,Liu Baoyi proposes that gynecological diseases are mostly caused by the internal accumulation of heat pathogens hiding inside the body,and the internal accumulation of blood stasis and heat that damages the nutrient qi and yin fl uid.In the diff erentiation of syndromes,he pays attention to the characteristics of female diseases that the nutrient qi and yin fl uid are vulnerable to damages,making good use of the method of removing the blood stasis to dispel the heat pathogens,nourishing the nutrient qi and eliminating the pathogenic factors.He skillfully uses the classical prescriptions and fl exibly adjust medications.He is good at using medicines,especially using unprepared rehmannia root to nourish yin fl uid.
