摘 要:专项身体素质训练是指对运动员某个环节进行专项的训练和提升,专业身体素质训练对于运动员专业能力提高和身体素质提高都非常重要。只有做好运动员专项身体训练,才能够帮助运动员提高其专业能力,而专项身体训练本身便是一个长期的过程,其对于青少年运动员的长远发展非常重要。在进行青少年体操运动员专项身体素质训练的时候,需要根据青少年运动员的身体素质情况和实际训练情况进行新训练计划的制订和探索,并根据运动员的实际情况来不断进行计划的调整,积极、科学地进行尝试,从而切实提高运动员的身体素质。青少年体操运动员进行专项身体素质训练的时候,不但需要给运动员营造良好的训练氛围和环境,还需要及时改正其存在的错误,对其进行正确的指导,帮助其巩固技术动作,从而为青少年体操运动员更好的发展奠定基础。Special physical fitness training refers to the special training and promotion of a certain link of athletes.Professional physical fitness training is very important for the improvement of athletes'professional ability and physical fitness.Only by doing a good job of special physical training for athletes can they help athletes improve their professional abilities,and special physical training itself is a long-term process,which is very important for the long-term development of young athletes.When conducting special physical fitness training for young gymnasts,we need to formulate and explore new training plans based on the physical fitness of young athletes and actual training conditions,and continue to adjust the plan according to the actual situation of the athletes,try actively and scientifically to effectively improve the athlete's physical fitness.When young gymnasts conduct special physical f itness training,they not only need to create a good training atmosphere and environment for the athletes,but also need to correct their errors in time,give them correct guidance,and help them consolidate technical movements,so as to lay the foundation for better development of Young gymnasts.
