摘 要:青少年自行车运动员的力量训练包含运动员爆发力训练和耐力训练等训练方式。力量训练又包含运动员的基础素质训练、关键部位训练等,力量训练对青少年自行车运动员成绩的提高有着至关重要的作用。目前青少年力量训练存在一定的训练问题,如过度、过量、片面化训练和在训练的过程中忽略运动员膳食等问题。就目前训练中存在的一些问题,该文提出了针对性的措施,如制订合理的力量训练计划、有针对性的进行力量训练、加强运动员的合理饮食等,以期能对提高青少年自行车运动员的力量训练有所帮助。The strength training of young cyclists includes explosive strength training and endurance training.Strength training includes athletes'basic quality training,key parts training and so on.Strength training plays an important role in improving the performance of young cyclists.At present,there are some training problems in the strength training of teenagers,such as excessive,excessive,one-sided training and ignoring athletes'diet in the process of training.In view of some problems existing in the current training,this paper puts forward some targeted measures,such as making a reasonable strength training plan,carrying out targeted strength training,strengthening the athletes'reasonable diet,etc.,in order to improve the strength training of young cyclists.
