体育教育专业在读生假期锻炼情况研究

摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、数理统计法和问卷调查法等对华南师范大学体育教育专业的在校学生参与假期体育锻炼的现状进行调查研究。结果显示:学生总体对体育锻炼感兴趣程度高;保持运动水平是学生的第一锻炼动机;学生普遍每周自觉进行1~2次体育锻炼;学生参与假期体育锻炼的主要形式是独自进行;学生倾向于在专业体育场地运动;学生参与假期体育锻炼选择的运动项目多为场地要求低的项目;阻碍学生参与假期体育锻炼的要素是场地、器械的局限和天气原因;促进因素是休闲娱乐的需要和锻炼身体的期望。By using the methods of literature,mathematical statistics and questionnaire,this paper investigates the current situation of the students of physical education major in South China Normal University to participate in holiday physical exercise.The research shows that the students are generally interested in physical exercise.Keeping the level of exercise is the first motivation of students.Students generally take physical exercise 1-2 times a week.Students tend to exercise in professional sports venues.Most of the sports that students choose to participate in holiday physical exercise are the ones with low site requirements.The limitation of the equipment and the weather condition are the key factors that hinder students from participating in the holiday physical exercises.The promotion factors are the need for leisure and entertainment and the desire to exercise.
