企业研发机构对高校创新型研究机构的启示——以阿里达摩院为例

摘　　要：文章通过对阿里达摩院运行机制体制的研究,解析出其成功运行、高效产出的四大核心要素:研究领域的前瞻化、科研组织的多样化、科研成果的实践化和人才招募的多元化。对高校创新型研究机构的运行给予3点启示:以服务社会需求为动力、以多样科研组织为抓手、以多元人才招募为依托。Through the research on the operation mechanism of Alibaba Damo Academy,this paper analyzes the four key elements of its successful operation and efficient output:the foresight of research field,the diversification of scientific research organization,the practicalization of scientific research results and the diversification of talent recruitment.There are three enlightenments to the operation of innovative research institutions in colleges and universities:taking serving social needs as the driving force,taking various scientific research organizations as grasping hand,and relying on diversified talent recruitments.
