摘　　要：企业的生产合同评审往往是项目管理中的薄弱环节,尤其是科技型企业自身涉及新技术、新材料、新设备、新工艺等情况较多,管理者常会把关注点放在技术指标的实现上上,从而忽视合同评审的合规性和风险把控。本论文针对科技企业当前合同评审中常见的问题,如双方质量责任的明确、技术标准的协商、交付与付款的约定、安全环保与职业健康职责的落实等进行了梳理和分析,并提出了应对措施,有助于明确企业各类人员的评审职责,降低企业生产经营风险,实现高质量发展。The evaluation of production contracts in enterprises is often a weak link in project management,especially in the case of scientific and technological enterprises themselves involving new technologies,new materials,new equipment,new processes,etc.,managers often focus on the achievement of technical indicators,thus ignoring the contract review of compliance and risk control.This paper sorts out and analyzes the common problems in the current contract review of technology enterprises,such as:The clarification of quality responsibility of both parties,the negotiation of technical standards,the agreement of delivery and payment,the implementation of safety,environmental protection and occupational health responsibility,etc.,the corresponding measures are put forward,which is helpful to make clear the appraisal responsibility of all kinds of personnel,reduce the risk of production and operation,and realize high-quality development.
