摘　　要：文章介绍了智能化巡检系统的应用背景,研究了企业装置传统巡检系统存在工作效率低、信息反馈速度慢、数据繁琐难以分析、工作支出成本高、查准率查全率低等问题。文章研究借助大数据、人工智能技术,采用人工二维码扫描、装置DCS数据输入摄像机实现警视联动,达到关键点巡检工作的预警、报警、问题处理、考核及统计分析的闭环管理,从而实现企业装置的安全稳定运行。This paper introduces the application of intelligent inspection system background,the traditional inspection system for enterprise device,such as low efficiency,slow information feedback,complicated data analysis,work hard spending cost is high,the precision recall problem such as low.This paper studies using Big Data,artificial intelligence technology,using artificial qr code scanning,camera to realize the superintendent linkage device DCS data input,to achieve the key points checking work early warning,alarm,problem handling,evaluation and statistical analysis of closed loop management,so as to realize the safe and stable operation of the enterprise mechanism.
