摘 要:直流-直流变换器是燃料电池汽车动力系统的核心部件,对整车性能产生重要影响。基于整车动力系统的需求,研发了一种基于SiC功率器件的大功率交错式燃料电池直流-直流变换器,首先对其主拓扑结构和硬件电路进行设计,并对其主电路的主要电路元件进行选型;其次分析选取了控制模式以及控制方法,基于输出电压外环、输入电流内环的双闭环PID控制对直流-直流变换器进行软件设计;然后搭建了测试平台并进行了上位机设计,对直流-直流变换器进行实验研究。研究结果表明:四相交错式燃料电池直流-直流变换器能够满足整车动力系统要求的80 kW额定功率值,功率密度约为5.5 kW/L;四相交错式Boost电路拓扑结构在抑制电流纹波方面性能优异,其输入电流纹波约为1.06%;在正常的输出功率范围内,直流-直流变换器具有较高的效率,其效率均在98.5%以上。DC-DC converter is the key part of fuel cell vehicle power train,which has an important impact on vehicle performance.Based on the demand of vehicle power train,a high power interleaved fuel cell DC-DC converter based on SiC power devices was developed.Firstly,the main topology and hardware circuit were designed and the main circuit components of the main circuit were selected.Secondly,the control mode and control method were analyzed and selected,and the control algorithm was designed based on double closed loop PID ontrol of output voltage outer loop and input current inner loop.Then,the test bench was built and the upper computer was designed to carry out the experimental research on the DC-DC converter.The results show that the four-phase interleaved fuel cell DC-DC converter can meet the 80 kW rated power required by the vehicle power train,the power density is about 5.5 kW/L.The topology of the four-phase interleaved boost circuit has excellent performance in suppressing current ripple,and its input current ripple is about 1.06%.In the normal output power range,DC-DC converter has high efficiency,and its efficiency is more than 98.5%.
