摘  要:针对中餐燃气灶具热效率低,且同时存在燃烧不完全、烟气中有害物质含量较高、污染环境、能源利用率较低的问题,对如何提高节能效果措施进行剖析。结合中餐燃气灶具能效损耗的原因,通过研究改进燃烧器结构、配置合适的风机、选择合适的锅体、合理利用烟气余热等措施,目的在于更有效地提高商用燃气灶具能效,提升资源的利用效率。In view of the low thermal efficiency of Chinese gas stoves,incomplete combustion,high levels of harmful substances in the flue gas,environmental pollution,and low energy efficiency,measures to improve energy conservation effects were analyzed.Combining the reasons for the energy efficiency loss of Chinese gas stoves,the purpose is to improve the commercial gas more effectively through measures such as improving the burner structure,configuring the appropriate fan,selecting the appropriate pot body,rationally using the flue gas waste heat.The energy efficiency of stoves improves the efficiency of resource utilization.
