摘　　要：壮成药复方扶芳藤合剂是广西中医药大学制药厂自主研发的、以壮药扶芳藤为主药的气血双补复方中药(壮药)制剂。本文从中医和壮医理论出发,阐述复方扶芳藤合剂的方解,通过查阅文献,归纳总结君药扶芳藤的质量控制、药效以及替代资源常春卫矛的研究进展,并对复方扶芳藤合剂的质量控制方法及生产工艺提升进行归纳,发现复方扶芳藤合剂的质量标准研究已有20余年,由薄层扫描法测定单一成分黄芪甲苷,发展至运用超高效液相色谱与质谱联用测定13种成分的含量,完善了多部位、多组分的含量测定、指纹图谱研究。本文对复方扶芳藤合剂新增加临床适应证的药效学、临床应用研究及二次开发研究进行汇总,以期为民族药的系统研究及二次开发提供理论依据。Zhuang medicine Compound Fufangteng Mixture is independently developed by Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine Pharmaceutical Factory,with Zhuang medicine Fufangteng as the main medicine of qi and blood double tonic compound Chinese medicine(Zhuang medicine)preparation.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine,this paper expounds the formula solution of Compound Fufangteng Mixture,and summarizes the research progress of the quality control and efficacy of main herb of formula of Fufangteng as well as the alternative resource Euonymus hederaceus Champ.ex Benth.by consulting literature.The quality control methods and production technology improvement of Compound Fufangteng Mixture were summarized.It was found that the quality standard of Compound Fufangteng Mixture had been studied for more than 20 years,from the determination of single component astragalosideⅣby thin layer chromatography to the determination of 13 components by ultra-performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry,improve the content determination of multi-parts,multi-components,fingerprint study.This paper summarized the pharmacodynamics,clinical application and secondary development of Compound Fufangteng Mixture in order to provide theoretical basis for the systematic research and secondary development of ethnic medicine.
