摘　　要：文章通过分析现阶段产学研合作在地方经济发展中未能很好发挥作用的原因,对产学研合作特别是高等院校与企业之间的深度合作路径进行研究,提出一种依托本地经济产业特色及需求的产学研合作模式,并结合高校实际优化学科专业,培养专业与实践兼顾的师资队伍,推动高校及科研机构更好地面向生产实践开展科研活动,缩短科研成果转换时间,利用科研创新带动地方经济转型升级创新驱动发展。By analyzing the reasons why the cooperation between industry,education and research has not played a very good role in the development of local economy at present,this paper studies the deep cooperation path of industryuniversity-research,especially between universities and enterprises,and puts forward a kind of industry-universityresearch cooperation mode based on the characteristics and needs of local economy industry,and optimizes the discipline major in combination with the actual situation of universities,trains the teaching staff of both major and practice,so as to promote universities and scientific research institutions to carry out scientific research activities which are better oriented to the production practice,shorten the time for the transfer of scientific research results,and use scientific research innovation to promote the loc al economic transformation and upgrade the innovation-driven development.
