摘 要:学生社团是高校落实立德树人根本任务、推进素质教育的重要载体。通过对53位来自江苏5所高校的本科生进行实证调查发现,高校社团建设中存在目标定位不清晰,利益化色彩浓重;学生“主体”地位缺失,忽视个体体验;教师“促进者”角色缺位,缺乏外力支持等困境。高校应通过明确“全面发展”目标,建立规范的社团管理机制;关注学生个体需求,分层分类设计社团个性化教育内容;构建新型社团管理体系,发挥指导教师“促进者”作用;营造良好氛围,激发社团成员“潜能”等策略应对社团建设的问题。Students’associations are a significant carrier for colleges and universities to achieve the ultimate task of cultivating morality and promote quality-oriented education.An empirical survey of 53 undergraduates from 5 universities in Jiangsu province found that there are unclear target positioning and strong interest in the construction of college associations.Students’dominating role is missing and individual experience is neglected.Teachers’facilitator role is absent,thus the associations are short of the external support.Colleges and universities should establish a standardized associations management mechanism by clarifying the goal of“all-round development”;paying attention to individual needs of students,hierarchically and categorically designing the personalized education content of associations;building a new associations management system and playing the role of instructors as“facilitators”;and creating a good atmosphere to stimulate the“potential”of community members.
