低温贮藏对3种切花芍药观赏品质和生理指标的影响

摘　　要：以‘奇花露霜’、‘桃花飞雪’、‘杨妃出浴’切花芍药为试材,1~4℃冷库贮藏,研究不同贮藏时间对切花芍药观赏品质和生理的影响,以期为芍药低温贮藏提供技术参考。结果表明:随贮藏时间的延长,切花芍药的开花率降低,瓶插寿命减少,感病率提高,鲜重损失率增长,芍药花瓣中电导率呈现逐步上升趋势,可溶性糖含量总体呈现先升高后下降的趋势,可溶性蛋白呈现先下降再升高的趋势。综上,在1~4℃下,‘奇花露霜’、‘桃花飞雪’的安全贮藏期是60 d,‘杨妃出浴’安全贮藏期为40 d。Using’Qihua Lushuang’,’Taohua Feixue’,and’Yangfei Chuyu’cut peony flowers as test materials,they were stored in a cold storage at 1-4℃ for 80 days to study the effects of different storage time on the ornamental quality and physiology of cut peony flowers.The study provide technical reference for low-temperature storage of peony.The results showed that with the extension of storage time,the flowering rate of cut peony flowers decreased,the vase life decreased,the disease susceptibility rate increased,the fresh weight loss rate increased,the electrical conductivity in petals of peony flowers gradually increased,the soluble sugar content increased first and then decreased,and the soluble protein content decreased first and then increased.In conclusion,the safe storage period of’Qihua Lushuang’and’Taohua Feixue’is 60 days,the safe storage period of’Yangfei Chuyu’is 40 days.
