摘　　要：高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定猪肝中5种α2受体激动剂残留量。样品加入碳酸钠缓冲液,乙酸乙酯提取,MCX固相萃取净化后用甲酸-乙腈溶解,高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定。结果显示,5种α2受体激动剂在0~20μg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r)均大于0.995;在0.5~4.5μg/kg添加水平下,5种α2受体激动剂回收率为70%~120%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于10%;本方法对猪肝中5种α2受体激动剂的检出限为0.5μg/kg。Determination of residues of fiveα2-agonists in pork liver by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.The samples were added with Na2CO3 buffer solution,extracted with ethyl acetate,purified with MCX extraction and dissolved with formic acid-acetonitrile,and determined by HPLC-MS/MS.The results showed that the five in the range of from 0 to 20μg/L,the standard curves for fiveα2-agonists were in good linearity,the correlation coefficients(r)were greater than 0.995.The recoveries for fiveα2-agonists in pork liver had good linearlity in the concentration range of 0~20μg/L,and the correlation coefficients(r)were all greater than 0.995.The recoveries of the fiveα2-agonists ranged from 70%to 120%with relative standard deviations(RSD)of less than 10%at the supplemented levels of 0.5 to 4.5μg/kg.The detection limit of fiveα2agonists in pig liver was 0.5μg/kg.
