摘　　要：在"互联网+双创"背景下,研究了影响大学生就业能力的因素。首先分析"互联网+双创"时代经济转型中大学生就业的现状,其后根据相关理论建立了就业影响因素模型,通过分析2018年、2019年毕业本科生的就业调查数据,对大学生就业能力现状、学生综合素质和学校因素对大学生就业能力的影响、个人基本信息对大学生就业能力的影响等3个方面应用SPSS进行数据分析。根据分析结果对"互联网+双创"背景下,如何提高大学生就业能力提供建议。Under the background of“Internet+double creation”,this paper studies the factors that affect college students’employ ability.First,through analyzing the current situation of the employment of university students in the era of“Internet+double creation”,and then establishing the employment influencing factors model according to the relevant theories,by analyzing the employment survey data of graduates in 2018 and 2019 the influence of the current situation of employ ability,the comprehensive quality of students and school factors on the employ ability of university students,and the personal basic information on college students’employ ability are analyzed.SPSS is used to analyze the influence of employ ability.According to the analysis results,suggestions are put forward for improving the employ ability of university students under the background of“Internet plus double creation”.
