摘 要:为了适应工业机器人技能应用型人才的培养,针对当前高职院校实训室建设中存在实训场地和实训设备不足的问题,提出了工业机器人应用虚拟仿真实验开发的解决思路。根据工业机器人应用教学内容,开发了典型应用、行业应用和系统集成3个虚拟仿真实验模块,并将3个模块集成到工业机器人虚拟车间中,构建了虚拟仿真实验平台,学习者可根据自身需求选择相应模块进行学习。该虚拟仿真系统有效解决了实训设备不足的问题,通过虚拟实训,学习者较好地掌握了技能。In order to adapt to the training application-oriented talents with industrial robot skill,aiming at the problem of insufficient training field and training equipment in the construction of training room in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the solution of virtual simulation experiment development of industrial robot application.According to the teaching content of industrial robot application,three virtual simulation experiment modules of typical application,industry application and system integration are developed,and the three modules are integrated into the virtual workshop of industrial robot to form a virtual simulation experiment platform.Learners can choose the corresponding modules to learn according to their own needs.The virtual simulation system effectively solves the problem of insufficient training equipment.Through virtual training,learners can better master the skills.
