金鱼主要质量性状在杂交子一代中遗传规律的初步研究

摘　　要：为研究金鱼主要质量性状的遗传规律,将具有头瘤、龙睛、珍珠鳞、无背鳍、双尾、三尾等变异性状的金鱼与具正常性状的金鱼进行正交和反交,统计杂交子一代的性状表现。结果显示,头瘤、龙睛、珍珠鳞、双尾和三尾均为隐性性状;无背鳍金鱼与正常背鳍金鱼杂交的结果出现了高比例的残背个体,说明无背鳍不是单一性状。研究表明,在金鱼的杂交选育中,须遵循变异性状的遗传规律,才能更快更好地达到生产和繁育高品质金鱼的目的。To find the heredity of main qualitative traits of goldfish,reciprocal cross between normal fish and varieties with head sarcoma,dragon eyes,pearl scales,no dorsal fin,double tails and three tails had been studied.The results showed that head sarcoma,dragon eyes,pearl scales,double tails and three tails were recessive traits.The statistical data demonstrated that dorsal fin was not a single trait,due to high percentage of abnormal dorsal fins appearing in the reciprocal cross F 1.From these studies,some heredity of variant traits should be followed to improve the production of high-quality goldfish during the hybridization between varieties.
