摘　　要：分析了板式液压工艺规划、工艺设计及模具设计的技术要点和调试方案并进行了CAE分析,列举了板式液压技术在汽车制造中的应用,包括典型零件应用、零件质量指标对比、工艺设计及调试过程等,并分享了解决铝合金发动机盖外板开裂和贴模度问题的经验,为后期项目开发提供指导。The plate hydraulic process planning,CAE analysis process design,the key points of die design technology,and debugging scheme were analyzed and the was carried out.The plate hy⁃draulic technology application in automobile manufacturing,including the application of typical parts,comparison of parts quality indicators,process design and the debugging and so on were enumerated.The experience to solve the cracking and bedding degree of aluminum alloy cover plate was shared,which provided guidance for the later project development.
