摘　　要：以木塑复合材料作为小型装配式建筑的主要外装饰材料,阐述了其梁柱单元、墙体单元、屋面单元的连接方式。梁柱单元中以连接件为基础对铝塑共挤梁柱进行改造设计后,可利用连接节点实现梁柱的快速安装;墙体单元中以方钢墙骨柱作为墙体连接节点可实现力学性能与美观的统一;屋面单元以模块化沥青瓦为材料,可简化安装步骤。通过上述3个单元设计,可实现非专业人员的自主快速搭建,并可将该结构体系应用于工具房、门卫室和售货亭等小型装配式建筑。Wood-plastic materials were used as one of the main components of small prefabricated buildings,and the connection methods of structural units,wall units and roof units were introduced in this research.After the design of aluminum-plastic co-extruded beams and columns connectors in the structural elements,the beams and columns could be quickly installed.In the wall units,the square steel wall column was used as the wall connection node.The nodes could realize the unification of mechanical properties and aesthetics.The modular asphalt shingle could be used in roof unit,which simplified the construction steps.Through design of the three unit above mentioned,quick installation by non-professionals can be realized,and the structural system can be applied to small prefabricated buildings such as tool room,guard room and snack bar.
