摘 要:以重质松节油精馏长叶烯过程中的中间馏分为原料,采用间歇减压精馏法对中间馏分中的松油醇进行回收。通过正交试验得到松油醇回收的适宜条件为塔釜温度130℃、回流比1∶5、真空-0.1 MPa。验证试验结果显示:在此工艺条件下松油醇的得率为29.309%,回收率为91.037%,气相色谱检测松油醇纯度达92.416%。The middle distillate in the process of rectifying longifolene from heavy turpentine was used as the raw material,and the terpineol was recovered by batch vacuum distillation.Through orthogonal test,the optimum conditions for terpineol recovery were obtained as follows:tower temperature 130℃,vacuum-0.1 MPa,reflux ratio 1∶5.The verification test results showed that the yield of terpineol was 29.309%,the recovery rate was 91.037%,and the purity of terpineol by gas chromatography was 92.416%.
