摘　　要：对我国护理员培训中教学方法的研究进展展开讨论。通过梳理护理员的概念界定,总结我国近年来护理员培训中的教学方法,指出其优缺点并提出思考和建议,以期为提高护理员培训质量提供参考。This paper discusses the research progress of the teaching methods of nursing staff training in China by combing the concept definition of nursing staff,summarizes the teaching methods of nursing staff training recently in China,points out its advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward some suggestions,so as to provide reference for improving the quality of nursing staff training.
