摘 要:桩功是中国古代养生保健功法之一,对于增强身体的平衡能力、肌肉力量、机体免疫力及消除不良情绪等方面达到治疗或预防身心疾病的效果,在许多医学领域,如脊柱平衡、心血管疾病、神经衰弱,有着较好的临床效果。通过剖析桩中蕴含价值功能和练习要旨及在练习过程中常出现的现象和问题,并结合目前新冠肺炎疫期公众的身体健康状态,旨在为广大群众提供合理且有效的养生保健活动方式。Stance Training is one of the ancient health care skills in China.It can achieve the effect of treatment or prevention of physical and mental diseases,by improving people’s balance,strengthening muscles and body immunity,and removing negative emotions.Meanwhile,Stance Training also has good clinical effects in many medical fields,such as spinal balance,cardiovascular disease(CVD),neurasthenia,etc Taking the public physical conditions during the COVID-19 epidemic into consideration,through the analysis of the value function,the key methods of exercise,and the phenomena and problems that often occur during this process,the paper aims to provide reasonable and effective health care activities for the mass.
