摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢囊肿患者经腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术处理对卵巢功能的影响。方法选取本院2018年7月至2020年1月收治的120例卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,各60例。实验组经腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术进行处理,对照组进行传统开腹手术治疗。比较两组手术指标、卵巢储备功能及术后并发症总发生率。结果两组手术时间比较差异无统计学意义;实验组术中出血量少于对照组,术后肛门排气时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前,两组E2、LH和FSH水平比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组E2、LH和FSH水平明显上升,且实验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后,实验组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术有利于卵巢囊肿患者身体康复,能明显改善患者卵巢储备功能,减少术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on ovarian function.Methods From July 2018 to January2020,120 patients with ovarian cyst in our hospital were selected as reseach subjects and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal,while the control group was treated by traditional open surgery.The operative indexes,ovarian reserve function and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time;the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before operation,there was no significant difference in the levels of E2,LH and FSH between the two groups;after the operation,the levels of E2,LH and FSH in the two groups increased significantly,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal is conducive to the physical recovery of patients with ovarian cyst,can improve the ovarian reserve function of patients,and can reduce postoperative complications.It is worth of clinical application.
