TACE联合微波消融术治疗特殊部位原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合微波消融术治疗特殊部位原发性肝癌的临床效果。方法选取2018年5月至2019年2月本院收治的特殊部位原发性肝癌患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组采用TACE术治疗,观察组采用TACE联合微波消融术治疗,比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生率及生存率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%(29/30),高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组恶心呕吐、肝区疼痛、发热、肝功能异常发生率比较差异无统计学意义;术后6个月、1年,观察组生存率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TACE联合微波消融术治疗特殊部位原发性肝癌患者效果显著,可明显提升生存率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)combined with microwave ablation in the treatment of primary liver cancer in specific sites.Methods From May 2018 to February 2019,60 patients with primary liver cancer in special parts treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TACE,and the observation group was treated with TACE combined with microwave ablation.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than 73.33%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea and vomiting,liver pain,fever,and abnormal liver function between the two groups.At 6 months and 1 year after surgery,the survival rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TACE combined with microwave ablation in patients with primary liver cancer in special parts has significant effect and improves survival rate.
