风险倾向与睡眠质量对员工创造力的影响研究

摘　　要：探讨风险倾向、睡眠质量对员工创造力或创新行为的影响,可从个体间和个体内两个层次出发,确定风险倾向与睡眠质量能否单向影响与正向预测员工创造力,检验风险倾向与睡眠质量的交互作用能否正向预测员工创造力,发现检验睡眠质量对于风险倾向正向预测创造力的调节机制。本研究采用领导—员工配对的问卷调查方法,对来自江苏与江西的3家不同企业的143名员工进行问卷调查,结果发现:(1)在个体内层次上,睡眠质量与风险倾向的交互作用可以正向预测日常创造力。(2)在个体内水平,当日常睡眠质量分数大于1.25时,睡眠质量在风险倾向与创造力间具有正向调节作用。(3)在个体内和个体间层次上,风险倾向与睡眠质量均无法正向预测员工的创造力,但睡眠质量与风险倾向在组内和组间水平上均与员工创造力显著正相关。To explore the influence of risk propensity and sleep quality on employee creativity or innovative behavior,we may,from inter-individual and intra-individual levels,determine whether risk propensity and sleep quality can unidirectionally influence and positively predict employee creativity,verify whether the interaction between risk propensity and sleep quality can positively predict employee creativity,and find and verify the mechanism of sleep quality in regulating that risk propensity positively predicts creativity.In this research,143 employees from three different enterprises in Jiangsu and Jiangxi were investigated by using the method of leader-employee pairing.The results show that:(1)at the intra-individual level,the interaction between sleep quality and risk propensity can positively predict daily creativity;(2)at the intra-individual level,when the score of daily sleep quality is greater than 1.25,sleep quality has a positive regulatory role between risk propensity and creativity;(3)at the intra-individual and inter-individual levels,neither risk propensity nor sleep quality can positively predict employee creativity,but sleep quality and risk propensity are positively correlated with employee creativity at both intra-group and inter-group levels.
