摘  要:目的探讨基于4C营销理论的“双向三级四层面”培训体系在护士规范化培训中的应用效果。方法基于4C营销理论构建“双向三级四层面”的培训体系,对该院2019年7月一2020年6月期间进行第一年规范化培训的48名护士进行规范化培训,设为观察组。将2018年7月一2019年6月体系开展前的43名护士的培训效果设为对照组,从规培护士对培训的评价、年度理论和操作技能考核成绩、临床科室对规培护士评价、新护士规培期间的不良事件发生率等4项指标对比培训效果。结果观察组规培护士对培训评价、年度理论和操作技能考核合格率及临床科室对规培护士评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),新护士规范化培训期间不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于4C营销理论的“双向三级四层面”培训体系应用于护士规范化培训中,可提高规培护士及临床科室对培训的认可度,使规培护士更好地掌握基础理论知识及临床操作技能,提高考核成绩,降低规培期间护理不良事假发生率,从而在整体上提高培训效果。Objective To explore the application effect of"two-way three-level four-aspect"training system based on 4C marketing theory in standardized nurse training.Methods Based on 4C marketing theory,the training system of"two-way three levels and four levels"is constructed.48 nurses who have conducted the first year of standardized training from July 2019 to June 2020 are trained in a standardized way,and set up as observation group.The training effect of 43 nurses before the implementation of the system from July 2018 to June 2019 was set as the control group.The training effect was compared from four indexes:the evaluation of the training by the regular nurses,the annual evaluation of theory and operation skills,the evaluation of the clinical department on the regular nurses,and the incidence of adverse events during the new nurses'training.Results Observation group's training e valuation,annual theoretical and operational skills assessment qualification rate,and clinical department evaluation of the training nurses were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events during the standardized training of new nurses was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"two-way,three-level and four-aspect"training system based on 4C marketing theory is applied to standardized nurse training,which can increase the recognition of training nurses and clinical departments,and enable them to better master basic theoretical knowledge and clinical operations skills,improve assessment results,reduce the incidence of bad nursing leave during the training period,thereby improving the training effect as a whole.
