摘　　要：为研究纯涤纶仿亚麻纱线及其织物的制备方法,根据亚麻织物独特的条干不匀和竹节随机的风格特点,探讨如何采用纤维强度高、回潮率低、耐洗耐用、等长的涤纶短纤,通过特殊的人为切断预处理方式,以及研究纺纱和织造的工艺优化,纺制出具有亚麻风格的纱线,并利用剑杆织机织造成相应的仿亚麻布,在市场上以代替纯亚麻织物。In order to study the preparation method of pure polyester flax like yarn and its fabric, according to the unique characteristics of uneven strip and random bamboo section of linen fabric, this paper discusses how to use polyester short fiber with high fiber strength, low moisture return rate, washable and durable, equal length,through special artificial cutting pretreatment, and the optimization of spinning and weaving technology. The yarn with flax style is spun, and the corresponding linen like fabric is made by sword bar weaving, which is replaced by pure linen fabric in the market.
