摘 要:血脂成分种类较多,其代谢异常除增加肥胖、心血管等疾病发病风险外,在肝细胞癌(肝癌)的能量代谢、细胞结构与功能、耐药性、预后研判等方面也扮演着重要角色。深入研究血脂成分在肝癌中的作用,并阐明其关键的分子机制,进而对患者采取有效的药物干预、生活习惯干预,将有可能进一步提高肝癌的诊治水平及患者整体生存预后。笔者对甘油酯类、脂肪酸、载脂蛋白、固醇脂类等成分在肝癌中的作用机制与潜在的应用价值进行了综述。There are many types of blood lipid components,whose abnormal metabolism may play an important role in energy metabolism,cellular structure and function,drug resistance,prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and other aspects in addition to increasing the risk of obesity and cardiovascular diseases.Further study on the role of lipid components in liver cancer and elucidation of its key molecular mechanisms,as well as effective drug intervention and lifestyle intervention for patients,will further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer and the overall survival prognosis of patients.The authors in this article discuss the mechanism of action and potential application value of glycerides,fatty acids,apolipoproteins and sterol lipids in patients with liver cancer.
