摘 要:近年来,随着科学技术的不断变革,增强现实技术在各个领域中的应用愈加广泛。而在医学领域中,增强现实因其独特的优势被应用于各种外科手术中。本文介绍了增强现实原理及关键技术,并从普外科、神经外科、颅颌面外科、胸外科及骨科等方面综述了增强现实技术在外科中的应用现状。事实上,将增强现实技术与CT、MRI等影像资料整合术前建立模型,或者与腔镜结合实现术中实时导航有助于提高手术的精准度和安全性,也为外科手术的发展提供了新思路。In recent years,with the continuous development of science and technology,augmented reality technology has been widely applied to various fields.In the medical field,augmented reality has been used in various surgical procedures due to its unique advantages.This article introduced the principle and key technology of augmented reality,and summarized the application of augmented reality technology in surgery from the aspects of general surgery,neurosurgery,craniomaxillofacial surgery,thoracic surgery and orthopedics.In fact,the integration of augmented reality technology with CT,MRI and other imaging data to establish models before surgery,or the realization of intraoperative real-time navigation combined with endoscopy helped to improve the accuracy and safety of surgery,and also provided new ideas for the development of surgery.
