OSB表面饰面材料和单板柔化处理贴面技术

摘　　要：OSB表面凹凸不平,不美观,装饰材料市场难以接受,贴面饰面处理是解决此问题的有效方法。贴面涉及到二个材料密度大小差异、干缩性能和胶合性能,贴面材料本身的柔化处理也非常重要。研发过程中,采用砂光抛光套装处理整平后进行贴面,选择与基材粘和性能好的贴面材料是关键。选择市场上常见的水曲柳木皮、榆木皮、松木皮、科技木皮、山桂花、杨木皮、薄中纤板等7种材料,在处理后的OSB基材表面进行贴面装饰实验;采用三聚氰胺胶粘剂,通过涂胶湿润胶液扩散和热压蒸汽软化塑化贴面材料与基材,增加其胶合性能。结果发现科技木皮板面有空丝,平整度不好,有透胶现象,松木皮板面颜色偏差较大,水曲柳有少量鼓泡颜色变黄,三者甲醛含量均超过E0要求;杨木皮(单板)和薄型中纤板是处理后OSB基材表面贴面的较好材料,贴面后板面整体色泽一致,贴合好,平整度高,甲醛含量达到E0级内,表面胶合强度高。考虑经济成本,选择杨木皮和薄型中纤板作为OSB表面贴面增强材料,粘合性能好,之后再在此表面上加贴三聚氰胺装饰纸,制得高附加值OSB饰面产品,满足环保无醛装饰材料市场需求。The surface of OSB is uneven and unsightly, which is unacceptable in the decorative material market. Veneer finishing on face of OSB is an effective way to solve the problem. The veneer finishing involves the differences in the density of the two materials, shrinkage performance and gluing performance. The softening of the veneer material and the substrate itself is also very important. In the research and development process, sanding and finishing is used to treat the surface after leveling, and the key is to choose a suitable veneer material with good adhesion to the substrate. We choose seven common materials such as Fraxinus mandshurica veneer, elm veneer, pine veneer, technical veneer, mountain osmanthus veneer, poplar veneer, and thin MDF as the finishing materials. The veneer decoration experiment was carried out on the surface of the treated OSB substrate. The water of melamine adhesive was used to soften the plasticized veneer material and the substrate through the spread of the wet glue liquid and the hot-pressure steam to increase the bonding performance. It was found that there were hollow filaments on the surface of the technical veneer board, the flatness was not good and there was a phenomenon of glue penetration, the color deviation of the pine veneer board surface was large, and the color of Fraxinus mandshurica had a small amount of bubbling to turn yellow, and the formaldehyde content of the three kinds of veneers exceeded the E0 requirement. Poplar veneer(veneer) and thin MDF are good materials for veneer of the OSB substrate surface after treatment. After veneer finishing, the overall color of the board face of OSB is consistent, such as well-fitted, high flatness, and the formaldehyde content reaches E0 level. Their bond strength between veneer material and the substrate was very high. Considering the economic cost, we choose poplar veneer and thin MDF as the OSB surface veneer finishing and reinforcement material, which has good adhesion performance.
