摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(lncRNAs)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸且不编码蛋白质的RNA分子,参与许多细胞进程,如染色质重塑、转录和基因表达,并且在多种肿瘤的发生发展和侵袭中起重要作用。因此,它们可以作为肿瘤预测、预后、诊断和治疗的分子标志物。骨肉瘤是一种多发于儿童及青少年的骨恶性肿瘤,预后极差,目前尚无有效的治疗手段。本文综述了几种lncRNAs:如MEG3、HULC、TUG1等作为预测标志物,LUCAT1、FOXC2-AS1作为预后标记物以及MFI2、BCAR4等作为治疗靶点在骨肉瘤的早期诊断、治疗以及预后中的作用。Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)constitute non-protein coding transcripts with a size over than 200 nucleotides. They are involved in many cellular processes, such as chromatin remodelling, transcription and gene expression. They play an important role in the development, progression and invasion of many human cancers. Therefore, they can serve as predicate, prognostic, diagnostic and therapeutic biomarkers. Osteosarcoma is a malignant tumor that occurs mostly in children and adolescents with a poor prognosis. The following paper will provide an overview of lncRNAs:MEG3、HULC、TUG1 as predictive markers, LUCAT1、FOXC2-AS1 as prognositic markers and MFI2、BCAR4 as therapeutic targets involved in the pathogenesis, progression and potential treatment of human osteosarcoma.
