摘　　要：数字技术社会化的过程,也是领导角色社会建构的过程。数字技术社会化的全场域数字化社会建构,革新性地提出了知识型、法理型、创造型、责任型、艺术型的领导角色期待。然而,囿于组织结构惰性导致的领导社会角色建构固化、技术社会化导致的领导社会角色结构性替代、社会科层制管理导致的领导社会角色压力超载等困境的限制,数字技术社会化过程中的领导角色面临多重社会困境。鉴于此,可以依据数字技术本身所具有的技术功能,破解阻碍领导角色重塑的社会问题与社会困境,继而推动并实现与数字技术社会发展相适应的新型领导社会角色。The socialization of digital technology has brought about the construction of an information society.Therefore,the social role of leadership needs to be transformed into a role that is knowledge-based,law-based,creation-based,responsibility-based,and art-based.However,limited by the inertia of organizational structure,social and cultural changes,social bureaucratic management,and structural substitution of social roles in the construction of a digital society,the social realization of the leadership role in the transition of the digital society faces multiple social structural divisions.Due to this,we can rely on the enhancement of information selection capabilities of digital technology,and then realize the leadership construction that adapts to the digital technology era.
