摘  要:目的:分析CT定位神经导航下微球囊压迫治疗三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月—2020年1月我院收治的三叉神经痛患者92例,随机分为观察组46例,采用CT定位神经导航下球囊压迫治疗;对照组46例,采用开颅微创血管减压术治疗,对比两组患者并发症和有效率、复发率。结果:两组患者总有效率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间低短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后复发率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.034,P<0.05)。结论:三叉神经痛患者接受C T导航下球囊压迫治疗与开颅微创血管减压术治疗疗效相当,但前者在术中可减少出血量和手术时间,而且复发率较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of micro-balloon compression under CT positioning neuronavigation in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 92 patients with trigeminal neuralgia in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)with minimally invasive vascular decompression.The complications,effective rate and recurrence rate were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05);Before treatment,the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the operation time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.034,P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of CT guided balloon compression in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia is similar to that of craniotomy minimally invasive vascular decompression,but the former can reduce blood loss and operation time,and has a high recurrence rate.
