单、双相抑郁的鉴别与脑源性神经营养因子的研究进展

摘　　要：目前双相抑郁与单相抑郁的鉴别诊断,主要还是依靠病史采集和精神检查,缺乏有效且客观的实验室检查结果和生物标志物依据。脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)在单、双相抑郁鉴别方面有一些应用,本文就单、双相抑郁相关的BDNF研究进展进行综述,为临床上单、双相抑郁的鉴别诊断提供参考。At present,the differential diagnosis between bipolar and unipolar depression is mainly based on medical history collection and mental examination,for lack of effective and objective laboratory examination results and biomarker basis.Brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)has some applications in the identification of unipolar and bipolar depression.This article reviews the progress of BDNF in related research,in order to provides further reference for the differential diagnosis of unipolar and bipolar depression in clinical practice.
