摘　　要：胃癌患者营养不良的发生率高,营养不良是胃癌患者预后较差的独立危险因素。因此,在抗肿瘤治疗的同时应该给予规范的营养支持治疗。随着人们对免疫营养治疗的关注,其应用也越来越广泛。该文对胃癌患者营养支持治疗的现状与进展作一综述。The incidence of malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer is high,and malnutrition is an independent risk factor for poor prognosis in patients with gastric cancer.Therefore,standard nutritional support therapy should be given at the same time as anti-tumor therapy.With people’s attention to immunonutritional therapy,its application is more and more extensive.This article reviews the status and progress of nutritional support therapy for gastric cancer patients.
