摘　　要：随着检测手段的发展,各种肝癌标志物不断被发现,这对肝癌的早期诊断及治疗后实时监测有重要意义。基于不同标志物敏感性和特异性的差异,探讨其对肝癌诊断及预后评估的价值,可以为临床医生科学合理地应用不同标志物提供重要参考。With the development of detection methods,various biomarkers of liver cancer have been detected constantly,which is of great significance for the early diagnosis and real-time monitoring of liver cancer after treatment.Based on the differences in the sensitivity and specificity of different biomarkers,exploration of the value of diverse biomarkers in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of liver cancer can provide an important reference for clinicians to scientific and rational application of distinct biomarkers.
