摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是由多种因素引起的神经退行性疾病,目前尚无有效治疗手段,如何在症状发生前进行有效的早期干预是目前亟待解决的难题。内嗅皮质(entorhinal cortex,EC)在AD临床前期即出现病变,更与记忆密切相关。文章对EC的结构和功能、EC在AD患者记忆损害发生发展中的作用以及早期针对EC干预以治疗AD的研究进展进行综述。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative condition caused by multiple factors.There is currently no effective treatment for AD,and it is still quite difficult to perform effective early intervention before symptoms appear.The entorhinal cortex(EC)is closely associated with memory and may present impairments at the early stage of AD.This paper is to review the structure and function of EC,the role of EC in the pathogenesis of memory impairment in AD patients,and early intervention of EC for AD treatment.
