摘 要:分析了按定子磁场定向的异步电机的数学模型,提出一种适应于高速动车组异步牵引电机全速域范围内的直接转矩控制策略。通过设计适应异步电机转矩和磁链的指数趋近率滑模控制器,建立了基于滑模控制的某型动车组异步牵引电机的直接转矩控制的仿真模型。仿真结果表明,转矩和磁链指数趋近率滑模控制器的引入不仅能够减小磁链畸变和转矩脉动,控制系统具有较强的动静态响应,且对自身参数变化和外部扰动具有较强的鲁棒性,能够实现对高速列车异步牵引电机的优化控制。The mathematical model of the traction motor was analyzed according to the stator magnetic field orientation.The sliding mode control theory was applied to the direct torque control system of the high-speed EMU asynchronous traction motor.The direct torque control system of the asynchronous traction motor based on the sliding mode control with exponential approach law was discussed.The simulation model of the proposed direct torque control system of the high-speed EMU asynchronous traction motor based on sliding mode controller was established.The simulation results showed that the introduction of the torque and flux linkage sliding mode controllers with exponential approach law could reduce the flux distortion and torque ripple, the control system had a stronger dynamic and static performance, and had a stronger robustness performance against the system parameter changes, it could realize the optimal control of the traction motors of high speed trains.
