摘 要:采用液相沉积法(LPD)在玻璃基底上制备了Zn_(5)(OH)_(8)(CH_(3)COO)_(2)·2H_(2)O薄膜,然后经高温焙烧获得ZnO薄膜。利用热重(TG)、X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和紫外-可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis DRS)等技术对所制备的ZnO薄膜结构进行了表征。以甲基橙(MO)降解反应为模型,研究了焙烧温度、焙烧时间、成膜时间、醋酸锌初始浓度及MO的初始浓度对ZnO薄膜光催化性能的影响。结果表明:LPD法制备的Zn_(5)(OH)_(8)(CH_(3)COO)_(2)·2H_(2)O薄膜呈"玫瑰花"状形貌,煅烧后ZnO薄膜中的玫瑰花"花瓣"是由六方纤锌矿结构的球形ZnO纳米颗粒致密排列组成。在最优条件下的光催化实验中,紫外灯照射3h后,MO降解率达到79.1%。循环利用5次后MO降解率基本不变。The Zn_(5)(OH)_(8)(CH_(3)COO)_(2)·2 H_(2)O thin films were prepared on the glass substrate by the liquid phase deposition(LPD)method,then the ZnO thin films were obtained by high-temperature calcination.The prepared samples were characterized by the TG,XRD,BET,SEM,and UV-Vis DRS techniques.The effects of the calcination temperature,calcination time,films forming time,initial concentration of Zinc(II)acetate,and original MO concentration on the photocatalytic activities of the ZnO thin films were studied by taking the degradation reaction of methyl orange as a model.The results showed that the Zn_(5)(OH)_(8)(CH_(3)COO)_(2)·2 H_(2)O thin films prepared by the LPD method had a rose-like morphology,and the rose-like petals after calcination were consisted of spherical and compact ZnO nanoparticles with the hexagonal wurtzite structure.Under the optimal photocatalytic experimental conditions,the degradation rate of the methyl orange reached 79.1%after the UV irradiation for 3 hours.The degradation rates of MO remained basically unchanged after 5 cycles of recycling.
