摘 要:目的:研究Vitallium2000 plus和Nobilium制作的卡环在体外循环过程中固位力变化趋势。方法:试件用万能力学试验机干燥条件下模拟摘戴,记录卡环固位力变化,场发射电镜观察试样循环前后组织面形态变化。结果:Vitallium2000 plus固位力大于Nobilium,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Nobilium卡环的固位力变化值小,差异则无统计学意义(P=0.561)。结论:经5000次循环周期,Nobilium总体上固位力比Vitallium2000 plus低,两种材料固位力稳定性无差异。Objective:This study aimed to determine the effects of Vitallium2000 plus and Nobilium cast clasps by simulating clasp removal and wear by patients.Methods:The clasp use a universal mechanical tester to simulate the cycle test under dry condition.The change of the clasp’s retaining force of was recorded.Surface characteristics were qualitatively evaluated using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results:The retention force of Vitallium2000 plus clasps is better than the Nobilium clasps(P<0.05).The results of retention force change show that,the retention force of Nobilium clasp changes little,the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.561).Conclusion:In the 5000 cycle life,Nobilium generally has a lower retentive force than Vitallium2000 Plus,and there is no difference in stability between the two materials.
