热牙胶垂直加压法对侧支根管充填效果的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察分析慢性根尖周炎患者的根侧病变检出率,及热牙胶垂直加压法对患牙侧支根管的充填情况。方法:收集2016年6月~2020年10月本院接受诊疗的122例慢性根尖周炎患者,采用X线根尖片观察患牙根侧病变检出率;运用热牙胶垂直加压技术对根管系统进行严密充填,并评估侧支根管充填情况。结果:慢性根尖周炎患牙的根侧病变检出率为10.7%(13/122)。伴根侧病变患牙的侧支根管充填率为38.5%(5/13);而无根侧病变的109例患牙中,侧支根管被充填的仅为1例。结论:慢性根尖周炎患牙的根侧病变检出率较低;热牙胶垂直加压法对根侧病变相关侧支根管的充填率较高,值得临床上推广。Objective:To analyze the detection rate of lateral radicular lesions in patients with chronic periapical periodontitis,and the filling effect of Warm vertical condensation method on the lateral canals.Methods:Totally 122 patients with chronic periapical periodontitis who were treated from June 2016 to October 2020 were collected.The X-ray films were used to observe and calculate the detection rate of root side lesions.The warm vertical compression technique was used to tightly fill the root canal system,and the filling effect of lateral canals was evaluated.Results:The warm vertical condensation technique has a higher filling rate of lateral canals related to the lateral radicular lesions,which was sup the detection rate of periapical lesions was 10.7%(13/122).The filling rate of lateral branch root canal was 38.5%(5/13)in teeth with lateral radicular lesions,while only 1 case was filled in 109 teeth without lateral radicular lesion.Conclusion:The detection rate of chronic periapical periodontitis is low,and the filling rate of warm vertical condensation method is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
