高校学生党员教育“三全育人”工作格局的路径探索

摘　　要：高校学生党员的教育培养工作,关乎培养中国特色社会主义可靠建设者和接班人的国之大计,具有重大而深远的意义。实践中,我们不仅要清醒地认识到当前"全员育人"的工作意识、"全程育人"的工作体系以及"全方位育人"的工作格局等方面的困境差距,而且要积极探索搭建高校学生党员教育"三全育人"工作格局,通过充分挖掘党支部书记、辅导员、班导师、专业课教师、管理人员等教职工的育人作用,构建协同运行的方法与机制,增强育人实效。The education and training of student Party members in colleges and universities is of great and far-reaching significance to the national plan of training reliable builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In practice,we should not only be aware of the difficulties and gaps in the current"all staff education"working consciousness,the"whole process education"working system and the"all-round education"working pattern,but also actively explore the construction of the"three-dimensional education"working pattern in the education of college student Party members.By fully developing the educational function of Party branch secretaries,counselors,class tutors,professional teachers,and management workers,a method and mechanism for collaborative operation is built to improve the effectiveness of education.
