Objective To investigate the correlation between her-2, ER, PR, ki-67 and lymph node metastasis and pathological grade of breast cancer. Methods 110 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were selected as the study object. All the patients met the pathological diagnostic criteria of breast cancer. Immunohistochemical detection of her-2, ER, PR and ki-67 was conducted in the same time. Results With the increase of histopathological grade, both the positive degree of her-2 and the number of positive cells increased, the ki-67 positive rate was proportional to the pathological grade, and the expression of er-pr decreased with the increase of pathological grade. The expressions of her-2 and ki-67 in patients with positive lymph nodes were significantly higher than that of patients with negative lymph nodes, while ER and PR were in contrast. Conclusions Her-2,ER, PR and ki-67 can reflect part of the pathological features of breast cancer, effectively reflect the prognosis of patients, and provide reference for clinical development of scientific and effective treatment plans.
