预浸胺基阳离子双亲物质对Ayous单板染色性能的影响

摘　　要：合成一种环氧氯丙烷侧链和季铵盐结构的阳离子双亲物质,以该物质预浸待染色Ayous单板,并放入95℃酸性染料染液中保温染色。试验结果显示:预浸胺基阳离子双亲物质有效提升了Ayous单板对酸性染料的吸附,促进染料向单板内部渗透,Ayous单板在酸性染液中的上染速度加快,上染率大幅提升,单板得色深度明显提高。A cationic amphiphilic with epichlorohydrin side chain and quaternary ammonium salt structure was synthesized,and Ayous veneer was pre-impregnated with the substance and then placed in a 95℃acid dye solution for heat preservation and dyeing.The test result showed that the the pre-impregnated amine-based cationic amphiphilic substance effectively improved Ayous veneer's absorption of acid dyes,promoted the penetration of the dye into the veneer,accelerated the dyeing speed of Ayous veneer in acid dye solution,greatly improved the dye uptake rate and significantly improved the color depth of veneer.
