摘 要:在企业转型升级背景下,皮革行业作为传统劳动密集型产业的代表,在人力资源管理结构与质量提升方面需要优化。皮革企业人力资源管理机构直接影响企业未来的长远发展。同时,产业升级与人力资源结构优化一直是轻化工研究领域的重点内容。因此,推进皮革产业集群化转型升级与优化皮革企业人力资源管理结构,已成为皮革领域实现可持续发展的研究重点。对产业集群化转型升级相关理论进行阐述,说明当前皮革产业在转型升级背景下,人力资源管理结构需要改进的问题,并对两类问题的解决方案展开针对性总结,为皮革产业可继续发展提供理论依据。Under the background of enterprise transformation and upgrading,leather industry,as the representative of traditional labor-intensive industry,needs to be optimized in the aspects of human resource management structure and quality improvement.The human resource management organization of leather enterprises directly affects the long-term development of enterprises in the future.At the same time,industrial upgrading and human resource structure optimization have always been the focus of light chemical research.Therefore,promoting the transformation and upgrading of leather industry cluster and optimizing the human resource management structure of leather enterprises have become the research focus of sustainable development in leather industry.The relevant theories of industrial cluster transformation and upgrading were expounded,the problems of human resource management structure that need to be improved under the background of the transformation and upgrading of the current leather industry were explained,and a targeted summary of the solutions to the two kinds of problems was made,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of the leather industry.
