摘 要:目的分析智慧医疗新模式下产科门诊运用全预约挂号系统的实施效果。方法提取2015年1月-2019年12月产科门诊就诊孕妇预约挂号的数据报告,按照就诊人数及预约人数变化、开放号源及加号、预约途径、门诊停诊及爽约的情况、投诉及预约就诊满意度调查进行回顾性分析。结果2015年-2019年,产科门诊就诊孕妇逐年增加,预约率从62.57%逐年上升至94.30%,现场加号率从46.90%逐年下降至12.12%,停诊率从2.25%下降至0.47%,孕妇爽约率从16.92%下降至1.43%,预约号源投诉率从48.41%降至12.20%,均P<0.05。结论全预约挂号系统的建立切实提升产科门诊服务质量,改善孕妇就医体验,促进医患关系和谐,可提倡广泛应用,以全面提升医疗智慧化服务水平。Objective To analyze the implementation effect of the full appointment registration system in obstetric outpatient department under the new smart medical model.Methods The data reports of pregnant women’s appointment registration in obstetric outpatient department of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 was extracted and analyzed retrospectively according to the number of patients and the number of appointments,the open sources and plus signs,the way of appointment,the situation of stopping and breaking appointments in outpatient department,complaints and satisfaction surveys of appointment.Results During 2015 to 2019,the number of pregnant women attending obstetric outpatient department increased year by year,the appointment rate increased from 62.57%to 94.30%,the on-site plus sign rate decreased from 46.90%to 12.12%,the stopping rate decreased from 2.25%to 0.47%,and the rate of keeping promises of pregnant women decreased from 16.92%to 1.43%,and the complaint rate of booking account sources dropped from 48.41%to 12.20%,all P<0.05.Conclusion The establishment of the full appointment registration system can effectively improve the service quality of obstetric outpatient department,improve the medical experience of pregnant women,and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.It can be widely used to comprehensively improve the level of intelligent medical service.
