摘　　要：介绍了制药纯水制备和分配的典型工艺流程。针对制药行业的特点和要求,提出一些工艺优化措施,为实现更好的微生物控制、提高系统的整体回收率和优化纯水分配控制提供思路和参考。This paper systematically introduces the typical process of preparation and distribution of pharmaceutical pure water.According to the characteristics and requirements of pharmaceutical industry,some process optimization measures are put forward,which can provide ideas and references for realizing better microbial control,improving the overall recovery rate of the system and optimizing the control of pure water distribution.
