新形势下应急管理类专业实施准军事化管理的研究

摘　　要：应急管理类专业作为新兴专业门类,对于未来发展道路的何去何从,还处于探索阶段。准军事化管理是现代管理教育的一种全新模式,它是对于管理非军事但未来工作要求特殊的学生群体的笼统管理办法。对于不同行业的准军事化管理模式也存在着不小的差距从而表现出多元化的趋势,此模式已经在航海类、民航类、铁道类、消防类等领域广泛应用,同时经过初步的研究与尝试发现此模式与应急管理类学科建设的要求不谋而合。应急管理类学科体系的完善与成熟已经成为国家较为重视的学科体系建设之一,而准军事化管理模式或为其未来发展与完善指明前进方向。As an emerging specialty,emergency management is still in the exploratory stage for its future development.Paramilitary management is a brand-new mode of modern management education.It is a general management method for students who are not military but have special requirements for future work.There is also a large gap between paramilitary management modes in different industries,which shows the trend of diversification.This mode has been widely used in the fields of navigation,civil aviation,railway,fire protection and other fields.At the same time,through preliminary research and attempts,it is found that this mode coincides with the requirements of the construction of emergency management disciplines.The improvement and maturity of the discipline system of emergency management has become one of the discipline system constructions that the country pays more attention to,and the paramilitary management mode may point out the direction for its future development and improvement.
