符号学视域下广府饮食文化街的可持续更新策略研究--以广州惠福路美食花街为例

摘　　要：本文主张采用动态保护方式促使广府传统饮食文化街形成可持续更新的长效保护机制。先采用SWOT态势分析法分析惠福路美食花街的优势和劣势,并深入挖掘广府特色文化素材,将保护对象符号化的同时借助具象化的图形文化符号装饰饮食文化空间,通过对文化符号的双重利用延续城市历史文脉。并植入移动售卖亭产生的资金收益反哺街区可持续更新。研究将为广府文化遗产保护提供多元化手段,为传统街区的可持续更新提供借鉴性经验。This article advocates the use of dynamic protection methods to promote the formation of a sustainable and renewable long-term protection mechanism for the Cantonese Traditional Food and Culture Street.First,the paper uses the SWOT situation analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Huifu Road Food Street and deeply digs into the characteristics and cultural materials of Guangzhou.The dual use of cultural symbols,which means symbolizing the protection objects and decorating the food culture space with the help of concrete graphic cultural symbols,helps continue the historical context of the city.The funds generated by the implantation of mobile kiosks feed back the sustainable renewal of the block.The research will provide diversified methods for the protection of Cantonese cultural heritage and provide reference experience for the sustainable renewal of traditional neighborhoods.
